TrackVille EXL – Speed Develpment Program
Trackville EXL is a speed development program that uses concepts and equipment used by major college sports teams, professional teams and high level athletes in preparation for their seasons or combine events. The program is an 18 session, 6 week program that will improve testing scores, vertical jump and overall speed. This program is designed specific for each athlete and their specific sprots needs. So whether you are trying to run a faster 40, a faster 400, a faster mile, run faster to first base, run faster to the soccer ball or be the first off the line this is the program for you.
Workouts will consist of 2 treadmill sessions and 1 ground session per week and one make up day (if needed). We will pre-test and post-test as part of the program. You will schedule your time slots for the entire 6 week program. The cost of the program is the EXL Program package OR 2 months of the TrackVille Gold Package . Raymonn Adams Sprint Speed School
Coach Raymonn will spare you the technical jargon and get right to the point of what you will learn in Sprint Speed School. We don’t do box jumps and ladders. That’s not developing sprint mechanics. That’s called a workout. Stop spending your money, time and resources on another workout that will not increase your speed. Sprint Speed School teaches you the foundation to speed.

Long Jump/Triple Jump
At The Ville, we will use our 150′ raised runway to maximize speed and takeoff during our training. We will also use speed measurement and video technology to provide athletes with analytical feedback of their performance. Regular testing will be incorporated into the sessions to provide tracked progression throughout the season. Long jump/Triple jump training drills and sessions will provide instruction in the following areas:
- Approach Increase your max velocity as you approach the takeoff
- Plant Proper penultimate step, powerful plant and knee drive
- Takeoff Establish correct takeoff angle and body position
- Flight Maximize air time by learning proper flight technique
- Landing Get that extra inch by working to an active landing
Practice sessions will include a mix of drills, testing and vaulting. Sessions are available for beginner vaulters and experienced vaulters. Beginner sessions will focus on proper skill development and will work in a progressive manner. Advanced sessions will include speed training, video analysis and advanced drills to accompany actual vaulting. The Ville uses a 150′ raised plywood runway with a cemented plant box into a UCS 1800 landing system. The Ville will supply poles through our on site rental program with our partners at Ascent Pole Rental. We have over 90 poles available and we are able to get anything our vaulters would need. You can purchase sessions with or without pole rental. If you choose to bring your own poles, storage is available at no cost.
Throw sessions will focus on drills, movements, technique, strength development and live throwing. Our “Boom Room” or indoor practice facility is the only public indoor throw facility in Nebraska. Our Boom Room allows athletes to throw shot, discus, weight and hammer year round.
At The Ville, hurdle training is one of our premiere events. Coach Patrick is a USATF Level 2 hurdle coach and has coached his hurdlers to some of the fastest times in the country. Sessions will focus on drills to build technique, speed development to improve time between hurdles and specific training to improve time over hurdles. High Jump sessions will focus on drills, movements, technique, strength development and live jumping. Coach Mike will focus on curve and approach dynamics, takeoff dynamics and flight dynamics on Sunday and Thursday. Wednesday sessions will be focused on posture/force application, rhythm running and reactive strength. All sessions will be progressive and follow coach Mike’s programs, which were built for both elite and beginning jumpers.
